An Extremely Compact Pro Subwoofer

The TH28 is an extremely compact subwoofer that can easily be hidden under a step or stage. By using properly designed rigging, the TH28 can be flown with an SM100 for an ultra compact array. It will produce 124 dB @ 45Hz yet is only 10.5 inches high! The TH28 features an interchangeable port/grill that allows for vertical or horizontal installations.

Multiples may be used for bass arrays.

The Tapped Horn Subwoofer™:

The most powerful family of horn loaded subwoofers, the Tapped Horn Subwoofer™ is unlike other horns. It uses the energy radiated from both the front and rear of the driver, and coherently combines them, allowing for greater efficiency, smaller enclosure size, and deeper extension. In short, a single 18” driver has the output of a regular double 18” sub.

Coating:

Aqua Tight Coating Aqua Tight Coating includes full two layer fiberglass finish for maximum moisture resistance as well as a special polyurea coat bonded to the fiberglass exterior & two topcoat layers of UV resistant colour stabilizer. It also includes all stainless steel exterior fasteners, an acoustically transparent moisture barrier to the grille, waterproofing the driver cones and sealant for the input plate, handles or cabinet fixtures. The finish also includes a powder coated stainless steel grille, sealed, waterproof cable leads (12’ length standard), and fully caulked all external joints (except for the “weep” opening at the bottom of the grille).
