Corporate event AV hire costs depend on the equipment required, audience size and location. LED screens are generally more expensive than projectors or TV screens. A small conference package including screens, audio, microphones, staging and lighting starts from around £2,000 + VAT.
Generally, for most conferences you will require one or multiple screens, these can be LED Screens, projectors or TV screens. You will also require a PA sound system suitable for the audience size and venue area, lighting for the stage will be needed along with audience lighting if required. Finally, you will need a stage with a lectern and possibly a comfort monitor.

We can provide all equipment needed for any type of virtual event, hybrid meeting or conference. We have a wide range of Pan and Tilt Zoom cameras and 4K studio cameras for live streaming or recording. We also have a wide range or hand held radio microphones along with lapel microphones.
Yes, we can provide conference streaming over Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
This entirely depends on your specific requirements. For large event spaces nothing looks better than two LED Screens either side of the stage, they are visually impressive and can give viewing ability to a very large audience. Projectors are ideal where your budget cant stretch to LED screens or the venue just isn't big enough to accommodate one, ideally for projection the room needs to be darker than needed for a LED wall. TVs are ideal where the space is smaller, the audience size is also smaller and so you don't require as much viewing area. TVs are ideal for very bright rooms too.
Yes we can. We can provide AV equipment for each room so each room is independent or we can have all the rooms so they can operate independently or can be tied to the main room so they all operate as one from the main room.
As much notice as possible would be ideal especially for much larger events however we can also provide Av equipment and technical crew at short notice.
Yes we can work with an existing installation. We would prefer not to if possible as we know our own equipment and know it has been thoroughly tested before being deployed. Using a venues equipment we can't give a guarantee that their equipment will not fail, by using our own equipment we have spares and backups just in the very rare instance that a piece of equipment could fail.
Yes we can record your conference. We can use a single camera or multiple cameras for multi view recording.
